  First we were brought to a dirty table, when asked if it could be cleaned, she said fine just sit over there then. We were only given one menu for our table. Food took forever and was cold. As I ate I notice there was something red on my plate. (I didn't order anything with red sauce) my food was placed on a dirty plate. My 5 yr old then pulled a hair off her plate. I looked at the plate and noticed more!!! You have got to be kidding me! This was my first and last time at IHOP

  It is a Noise place, 5 times there and 5 times they missed up my order. After waiting more than 20 minutes to place my order and 20 minutes to get it. They offered to fix twice and I got super cold eggs and pancakes!!. I returned every time and still in my bill every time. I don't recomend this place.

  Much like every other place, they have their good days and they have their bad days. I don't come early on the weekends for breakfast much until 12-1 because there are just people pouring in and the waiters are just running around everywhere. You can tell when they're in a bad mood which greatly effects their service.
  
  Most of the time they're very nice and pleasant, only on the weekdays I've noticed. Food is great with awesome portions. Mostly good vibes. The kitchen is a little loud, but it's a given. It's the kitchen, lol.
  
  The location is close to home which I love. Like I said, every place has their good days and bad days. Hopefully if you get a bad service, you would still come back next time.
