  I ordered a carry out pizza. When I went to pick it up. They had burned it. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. When the 2nd pizza came out I did a quick check and it looked ok in the store lighting. Brought it home and it was the wrong pizza and burned. Called customer service and waited 17 minutes to talk to a manager who could only offer store credit. I'm not going back so I told her I wanted a refund. She told me she would have to email the Distict Manager and since it's the Holiday weekend (Dec. 22) "Hopefully" I would hear back from him before the new year!
  UNACCEPTABLE customer service.
  
  I have ordered delivery from this location in the past and have had to wait over an hour both times. That is why I ordered carry out this time -the last time!

  Been stood up twice by delivery and I live less than 2 miles away... like they just never show up...u call to complain and never talk to anyone literally sat on hold for 45 minutes
